bro the absolute best free antivirus and spyware protection program is avira. Avg is garbage!! Norton sucks cause it takes up too much ram. It will slow your computer down, especially if you have xp, Or u can just simply do a system restore. NOT A SYSTEM RECOVERY, Restore you computer back to an earlier date.( 2 or 3 days)
