You must activate Vista and it will only activate once, you will be able to install it but in 3 days it will no longer be fully usable . So in short, no you will not be able to use it on more than one pc. anyway, there are not that many new features other than eye candy and if your video card does not have 256 mb ram you will not even get that with vista.
